Incredible company. I got a fast response for a very specific wheel request via the online chat function (which worked way better than these things usually do). Really happy to speak to an actual person both on the phone and via the chat, that's already 5 stars. I needed wheels urgently (my car was on stands after a drum-disc conversion) and they got my order sorted and ready to collect by the next day. Can't thank the team enough.

Initially the wheels took a little longer to arrive than expected and no updates but as soon as I reached out to Wheelbase they had the order info and confirmed a rough delivery date. Ideally would have had an update post order of a rough delivery time rather than over a week of no info. Wheels all arrived well packaged and all the TPMS extra I requested were included and worked straight away. Overall very good.
